My Tutoring Experience: 1. More than ten years experience of tutoring science and math. 2. Worked as Teaching Assistant for University California, Riverside. Teach college students chemistry, physics and calculus. 3. Teach AP chemistry, AP physics, AP calculus, and Algebra courses at credited academy learning centers. 4. Work as one-to-one tutor for middle school to high school students. Improve their grades and help them develop efficient study method. About me: I have been science and math tutor since 2005 when I was an undergraduate student at UC Riverside. My students like my class because I break down complicated concepts and problems into simple pieces for them to digest. Instead of me solving the problems for them, my students were able to solve the problems by themselves with my hint and instruction during the class. Most of my students improve them grades after a few sessions. They also build confidence in science and math through my sessions. I not only teach them concepts and techniques. More importantly, I also help them develop efficient self study methods which benefit them throughout their further academy career. A lot of my students started with below average grades in high school, and after years of working with me, they got offers from engineering or science department in UC Berkeley, UCLA, Stanford or other credit universities. We become good friends as well!
